Returns

We accept returns on containers within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the container is in unused condition and free from damage. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged container, please notify us immediately with detailed photos, and we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

Custom-built containers or modified products are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective.
