At Mont Shipping Containers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be clear and fair.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. You may also request an exchange if the container you received does not meet your needs.
Returns and exchanges are available for containers in the following conditions:
Brand New Containers
Used Containers (must be in the same condition as delivered)
Customers have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.
Returns must be completed in-store at one of our designated depot locations. Please contact our customer support to schedule a return appointment and receive return instructions.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, calculated based on the original product price.
Once a returned container has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
